Pets
We require a $100.00 deposit for each pet and there is an additional
daily fee of $10.00 per pet. Failure to notify the Resort of
pets can result in vacating of premises immediately with no refund
of rental paid.
Reservations
A 50% deposit must be received within 5 days of making a reservation
in order to hold a cabin for you. Checks will be accepted for
deposit. Cash is required for the balance upon arrival. Deposits
will be returned by mail after inspection of the premises and
verification that there is no damage to the cabin, furnishings
or property by guests or pets. Deposits will be returned in full
if cancellation is made 30 days prior to rental date or if we
are able to re-rent the cabin for the scheduled time.
